Heikki Eskola is an associate based in Bird & Bird´s Helsinki office. He is a member of the corporate practice group and specialises in M&A and corporate law matters for domestic and international clients. Heikki has experience advising on a broad variety of general corporate matters and transactions.

Before joining Bird & Bird, he worked as an associate in another law firm.

Heikki was educated at the University of Helsinki (LL.M.) and is a member of the Association of Finnish Lawyers.
