Before joining Bird & Bird in March 2006, Annapaola worked for two years in the Law Firm “Avv. L.Ciciolla & Associati” in Bari, acquiring experience in the field of litigation. She then worked for a short period in the Corporate department of Menarini Industrie farmaceutiche Riunite.

Annapaola focuses on the banking & financial services sector including insurance as well as providing advice on general corporate and commercial matters.

She regularly advises banks, asset management companies, investment and insurance intermediaries as well as listed companies.

Annapaola graduated with honours at the Università degli Studi di Bari in 2003. She was admitted to the Bar in 2006.

She is a native Italian speaker and is also fluent in English.
