Bérénice is an associate in the Banking team based in Paris.
Bérénice’s practice covers a broad range of financing matters, advising lenders (French, European and Asian banks), borrowers and public entities in project finance (PPPs and renewable energy ), general corporate finance and general banking. 

Bérénice holds a Masters degree in International Business law and Management from the ESSEC Business School, a post-graduate degree in International Economic Law and a Masters in International Business Law from the University of Paris I.

Before joining usd, Bérénice worked for the law firm Orrick Rambaud Martel.

Bérénice is a member of the Paris Bar.
