Carmen Campos is an associate in the Public Law and Regulatory group of our Madrid office.

She holds a Law degree from the University of Jaén and has been preparing the Civil servant exam for entering the State Lawyers Body (“Cuerpo de Abogados del Estado”) for several years in Madrid.

She focuses on Public Law, including public procurement, sanctioning proceedings and strict liability claims against the Administration with a focus in public contracts.
