Catharina has extensive experience from public procurement within both the classic and the utilities sectors

Catharina Baerselman joined us in October 2011 and is head of the Public Procurement Group in Stockholm. She is also a member of the Dispute Resolution Group focussing on commercial dispute resolution.

Catharina has extensive experience of public procurement within both the classic and the utilities sectors. She gives advice to companies and contracting authorities throughout the whole procurement procedure, including assisting in negotiating and contract support, and is frequently engaged as counsel in public procurement proceedings in administrative courts (reviews) and general courts (damages).

Catharina also specialises in the field of commercial dispute resolution and litigation and is engaged as counsel in general / administrative courts and arbitral tribunals.  She is also an appointed arbitrator.

Catharina regularly holds seminars and courses in public procurement.
