Christelle’s practice covers a wide range of financing matters, advising both lenders (including French, European and Asian banks as well as mezzanine funds) and borrowers (such as special purpose vehicles or investment funds) on domestic and international acquisition finance (LBO, MBO, sponsorless), general corporate finance (including syndicated loans), project finance (PPPs and renewable energy), venture capital finance (bonds subscription) and general banking.
She has built a strong reputation in acquisition finance advising on a wide range of service and industrial sectors.
She graduated from the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) and holds a post-graduate degree in Business Law, a Magistère in Business Law and a Master’s degree in Corporate and Taw Law. She also graduated from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
