David joined Bird & Bird in January 2009. He is a professional support lawyer in the corporate group in London.

David has extensive experience advising clients in relation to corporate transactional matters (including venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings). Since becoming a professional support lawyer, David has advised extensively on the application of the Companies Act 2006.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, David spent seven years as a corporate partner in the London office of leading US firm, WilmerHale. He is a law graduate from University College, Cardiff.
