Kurt is a Counsel in Bird & Bird’s Hamburg office who is specialized in advising real estate transactions as well as prospect verification, conception and the structuring of funds/private placements.

He advises mid-sized as well as listed companies in all corporate-law related matters. In particular he advises companies in the life sciences and game sector as well as in the shipping area; in the area of real-estate-law consultation, advice of project development is a particular focus of his work.

His clients include Issuing Houses, Shipping Companies, Private Equity and Venture Capital Providers, Real Estate and Project Companies, as well as Project Developers.

Previously, Kurt worked for more than six years in two International Law Firms with the focus on Mergers & Acquisition, project development and conception of funds and was, among others, co-founder of RECORE Business Lawyers LLP.

His work in the area of company transactions is accentuated by Kurt’s postgraduate studies in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions.
