Emilie Barbezieux-Jarry, associate, is a lawyer admitted at the Paris Bar since 2007. She holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Law and a PGraduate Diploma from the Institute of Political Studies, Bordeaux (Sciences-Po). She joinded Bird & Bird in January 2007.
Emilie Barbezieux-Jarry's expertise covers a large variety of corporate transactions such as private equity, minority or majority investments, merger and acquisitions and restructuring of companies.
She regularly advises French and foreign companies and institutional investors in respect of their acquisitions, transfers and/or investments.
