He regularly advises clients on issues linked to software development and licensing, maintenance and support services, integration services, and facilities management services. His practice is mainly focused on software editors and IT services providers. Guillaume is also an experienced litigator in IT and Internet-related litigations involving issues such as non-performance of contractual obligations in projects management, intellectual property rights infringement and unfair competition.
In the media field, Guillaume assists notably TV producers and video games developers and editors within the drafting and the negotiation of theirs agreements, notably coproduction and distribution agreements, as well as development agreements and rights assignment agreements.
