Michel is a renowned competition lawyer who implements complex litigation strategies for both plaintiffs and defendants.
Michel Roseau is a partner our EU & Competition Law Group, based in Paris.
He is developing an extensive practice in EU & Competition law, including advising the main new entrant in the French electricity and gas market. He is also active in the transportation sector.
Before joining us, Michel headed the anti-trust unit of the French Office of Fair Trading (DGCCRF) in the Ministry of Finance from 2002 to 2006. Working as a Competition law enforcer, Michel managed a number of in-depth anti-trust investigations. He also developed specific experience in litigation as he had to put forward the views of the DGCCRF in the Competition cases before the Paris Court of Appeal.
From 1997 until 2006 Michel worked for the Ministry for the Economy and Finance and the Ministry of European Affairs.
Michel is the author of several contributions published in the Competition Review (Revue Concurrences).
He studied at HEC, ENA and Sciences-Po Paris, and holds a DEA post-graduate degree in Comparative law (University of Paris II).
