Valérie is a senior sollicitor within the litigation department of the Bird & Bird Lyon office. She has postgraduate qualifications in international business law (Paris V) and English and American business law (Paris I).

She worked as an associate at Duclos Thorne Mollet-Viéville & Associés (Paris) from 2002 to September 2007 within the business law department.

Valérie has gained much experience in litigation and arbitration more particularly in civil proceedings rules, conflict of laws rules, contract law and commercial law.

In November 2007, she relocated to Lyon where she worked as an associate at DS Avocats Lyon office working. She has dealt with litigation cases in unfair competition, insolvency law and company law.

Valérie has also expertise in product liability cases and real estate litigation cases.
