Yves Pons is an associate and a member of the Paris RTI Group.

Yves has wide experience in the PPP sector, and frequently advises public and private companies in France and abroad. He specialises in particular in the transport (roads and rail), energy (water, waste, electricity) and accommodation sectors. With a postgraduate degree in public law and a solid public and administrative law background, Yves has the expertise needed to handle the issues raised by projects in France and other civil law jurisdictions.

He is also a lecturer in public contracts at the institute of Political Science in Paris (Science-Po).
