Stefan Wiklund is a senior associate based in Bird & Bird's Helsinki office. He specialises in mergers & acquisitions, real estate and company law.
Stefan has experience advising on, and negotiating, within these fields, especially in matters relating to mergers & acquisitions and real estate transactions, nationally as well as internationally. Stefan also has experience in corporate finance, both in London and Helsinki.
Stefan was educated at the University of Helsinki (LLM) and is an active member of the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA).
