Before joining Bird & Bird in March 2008, Andrea worked for the law firm Lombardi Molinari and Associati in Milan, specialising in corporate law and M&A transactions, advising clients on both transactional and litigation matters.
At Bird & Bird, Andrea regularly advises banks and public companies on corporate and financial markets matters.
He has published several articles on corporate law matters, including corporate governance, takeover bids and voting rights. He serves as editor for “Rivista delle società” and is a lecturer on corporate law at Università Bocconi in Milan.
Andrea graduated at the L.U.I.S.S. University of Rome in 2001; obtained a DES degree (Diplôme d’études spécialisées) from the Institut des Etudes Européennes of ULB in Brussels in 2002; and a PH.D. in Business Law from Università Bocconi in Milan in 2007. He was admitted to the Bar in 2004 in Treviso.
Andrea is a native Italian speaker and he is fluent in English and French.
