He regularly advises companies or their principal creditors and investors by providing value-added legal solutions in out-of-court restructurings. He also has significant experience in transactions to support financially healthy companies in implementing changes to their capital or corporate structures to enhance enterprise value and acquire or make investments in financially troubled companies.
