Pauline Kuipers joined Bird & Bird in December 2001 when its office in The Hague was established. She previously worked at Dutch law firm Houthoff Buruma from 1995. Pauline specialises in competition law in liberalised sectors as well as in regulatory disputes in the media sector, where she has advised a wide variety of clients.
She also has substantial experience in contentious intellectual property work including patent and trade mark cases.
