Netherlands: Dutch Gambling Update - Further details and possible delay of Dutch Online Gambling Bill

The Dutch Parliament adopted several motions on the implementation of the Remote Gambling Decree, indicating that the entry into force of the Remote Gambling Bill may be delayed for a couple months due to impact of COVID-19. The Dutch Gambling Authority also published the technical requirements for connecting to the Dutch Central Exclusion Register. Tessa van den Ende discusses the possible delay, briefly explains the motions that were adopted by the Dutch Parliament and gives some practical advice on the new technical specifications for connecting to the Register.
