Monique has a wealth of experience in the IP sphere, with a particular focus on Media and Entertainment. She gained recognition when she represented the US movie industry against the notorious Swedish file-sharing website "The Pirate Bay". She also represented one of the parties in the landmark case "Svensson et al C-466/12" regarding a linking and copyright matter before the Court of Justice. Monique has also advised on several cases before the Swedish Supreme Court regarding various intellectual property matters. Monique Wadsted has been recognised in The Legal 500 Hall of Fame for her work around intellectual property and media issues.
