I'm a counsel in our Prague office heading the Employment Practice in Czech Republic and also a member of our Real Estate Group.
I focus on all aspects of employment law matters, from contractual solutions, compliance and internal regulations and negotiations with labour unions, to collective redundancies and key management terminations. I offer clients my extensive experience in the field of internal sensitive investigations procedures, where I lead investigations for major international construction, technology and pharmaceutical players. I strive to provide practical and clear advice, taking into account the client's business specifics and expectations.
As a real estate lawyer, I cover all aspects of real estate law from development, construction and planning, to acquisition of shopping centres, office buildings, apartments and corporate real estate and leases, while providing complex services of a matter from the first technical point of view through the whole process.
On a personal note, my hobbies include playing basketball (which I played professionally before I became a lawyer), as well as gaming, both computer and table-top. You can find at least three different gaming consoles in my living room at any time, and dices hidden all over my apartment, but that is mainly due to my two children who are perhaps my most time consuming hobby and passion. Outside work I also support a number of non-profit foundations and entities, with my small efforts towards making the world a better place.
