I am a lawyer with a strong passion for new technology. My goal is to provide practical solutions to complex issues.

I have a wealth of experience in Privacy, Data Protection and Security. I assist Italian and international clients in managing and protecting their information assets by providing advice (legal opinions, privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default assessments, data protection impact assessments, implementing IoT and M2M solutions, management of complex programmes in service digitalisation and audits) aimed at ensuring compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

I also have extensive experience in managing data breaches and security incidents, as well as audit activities and assistance in proceedings before the Italian Data Protection Authority.

I work with clients in many sectors - including but not limited to automotive, life sciences and healthcare, new technologies, energy, financial services, media, entertainment, sports, insurance, digital services, telecommunications, OTT, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and online services providers.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked for leading Italian law firms.
