As a member of the Corporate group at Bird & Bird, I am advising on legal matters in the realm of business law. I advise within a wide range of corporate activities, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

With a LL. M. degree from Örebro University, specializing in business law, I bring a depth of knowledge and a sharp legal skill within the corporate practice.

At Bird & Bird we have the opportunity to work with international clients together with international colleagues, which is both challenging and fun. With a keen interest in sports, I am also a member of Bird & Bird's MES group, and very much look forward to what the future holds in this sector.
