As an associate lawyer in our International HR Services group, I assist our clients on all aspects of employment law, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.
I advise, support and train French and international companies on a wide range of individual issues (from recruitment to termination of the employment contract, including the various events that mark out the contractual relationship: sickness, promotion, parenthood, holidays, disciplinary actions, etc.) and collective issues (drafting and implementing internal policies and company agreements, restructuring and managing staff representatives).
