About Me
As part of our Munich intellectual property team, I advise national and international clients on the various aspects of trademark, unfair competition, design and copyright law, in particular on contentious matters and litigation.
The focus of my work is the representation of our clients in and out of court in all matters of intellectual property and unfair competition in order to effectively protect and enforce our client's rights. This includes providing advice in strategic issues and litigation matters.Education
Studied
- After studying law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich (LMU), I completed my legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Munich during which I worked at a Patent Chamber at the Regional Court of Munich and at the Permanent Representation of Germany at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, Switzerland.
