Hélder Santos

I am the Head of Legal Technology & Innovation, leading the legal tech innovation agenda and delivery to develop and articulate a clear vision for using technology aligned with our overall strategy.

During my time working in both law firms, and consulting firms over the last 20 years, I've participated and led several large business and technology transformations, including IT projects and cultural transformations and tech-driven programmes.

My focus is identifying opportunities to leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency, improve client service, and drive innovation. I harness disruptive technology and use innovation for organisational change and evolution within dynamic and multicultural environments.

I joined Bird & Bird in 2023 and I am based in our Frankfurt office after working for one of the Big 4 consultancies and major global law firms.
