As an associate based at the Bird & Bird office in Prague, I work with Corporate, Commercial and Employment teams, offering complex transactional legal support.

In my specialisation I offer significant experience related to corporate transactions, (mergers, acquisitions, disposals, strategic venture capital investments, business enterprises transfers, corporate restructurings, reorganisations, etc.), assisting clients during negotiations and drafting of complex transactional documentation. Furthermore, I have experience in providing commercial and contractual advice, support with day-to-day corporate matters as well as launching new ventures or expanding business operations within the Czech Republic.

Over the recent years my corporate experience extended to real estate aspects, particularly those intersecting with telecommunications infrastructure and its regulatory framework ranging from contractual negotiations to regulatory compliance.

I further assist clients on employment issues, especially those related to post-transactional work such as establishing and developing new employment and remuneration schemes, setting up ESOP plans, workforce restructurings connected with transfers of undertakings, collective dismissals, and drafting complex contractual documentation.
