Kristina Kudelíková

I am an associate based in our Prague office, specialising in dispute resolution, environmental law, with particular emphasis on ESG matters, and legal aspects related to retail and consumer business activities.

My focus within dispute resolution involves both representing clients during litigation cases as well as providing assistance using alternative dispute resolution methods. Having represented a broad variety of clients, I am able to leverage my knowledge of intellectual property, commercial, employment and real estate law in the context of their specific market segments and offer tailored structure to the cases.

In my practice, I further focus on environmental law, with a specialised understanding of ESG related issues. Navigating clients through environmental regulations, I am able to support them in the process of integrating sustainability principles into their business operations, helping them align with the evolving ESG standards and regulations.

From an industry sector perspective, I gained significant experience advising clients from the retail and consumer industry, where I offer guidance on a wide range of legal issues, from contract negotiations, marketing strategies, distribution schemes and expansion strategies to regulatory compliance especially related to ever-changing digital and e-commerce environment.
