As a lawyer in our Dispute Resolution practice group at the Frankfurt office, I advise and represent clients in national and cross-border litigation before state courts and in arbitration proceedings.

I represent and advise clients in litigation in the energy and utilities sector, in the automotive industry and in insolvency disputes. I further advise clients in the automotive, energy and banking sector in regard to insolvencies of contracting partners and suppliers. My work not only includes litigation, but also starts in the run-up to potential legal disputes in order to avoid them as early and efficiently as possible.

When advising clients, I draw on experience gained from working in medium-sized and international law firms as well as from mediation proceedings in Scotland.
Therefore, I know of the high value of good communication as well as of listening in order to achieve a mutually defined goal.

In combination with my profound German legal education and my studies abroad I draw on a broad legal knowledge and aim to provide all clients with a comprehensive advice and support.

• - Advised the liquidators of a South African company which conducted a major ponzi-scheme in the recovery of bitcoin from debtors within Germany and represented the liquidators before German state courts.
• - Advised lenders on the insolvencies of their debtors in the energy sector and service sector on the recovery of EUR 6 -26 million debt.
• - Advised and represented an American technology company on a failed datacenter transformation before the German state courts.
• - Advising several international clients in the automotive sector in regard to insolvent German Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers.
