About Me

I am an associate in the Intellectual Property and Tech & Comms teams in Brussels advising clients in IP-rich environments. I am active in a wide range of legal areas, including patent law, software rights, IT contracts, trademarks and general commercial law.

I practice intellectual property law in the broadest sense, with a particular focus on patent litigation. Protecting innovation is complex, and I strive to guide clients through these challenges with a practical and strategic approach. Beyond patents, I am also interested in the broader strategy behind IP protection—helping businesses and creators safeguard their trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets in a way that aligns with their long-term goals. My aim is to offer clear and effective legal solutions that not only protect intellectual property but also support my clients' broader business strategies.

I obtained a double master's degree from KU Leuven in Law (major in Economic Law) and in Economics, Law, and Business Management (specializing in Strategy, Innovation & International Business Management). I also had the opportunity to study at the Universität Wien. My interest in IP law particularly grew during several internships at both national and international law firms, where I gained valuable hands-on experience.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked at an international boutique firm specializing in IP, developing my expertise in litigation and strategic IP advisory.
