About Me

In my practice as an attorney, I specialise in intellectual property law, address issues related to unfair competition, and handle various technology transactions.

My goal is to offer legal services in the way that I, as a former in-house counsel, would have preferred to receive them. This involves not only devising efficient legal solutions but also ensuring that these solutions are commercially viable and practically implementable.

My expertise lies in intellectual property litigation, particularly focusing on trademarks, copyright, and related intellectual property issues. Additionally, I offer assistance in managing trademark portfolios, navigating proceedings before Intellectual Property Offices, and enforcing trademark rights.

Furthermore, I provide guidance to clients on transactional matters and fundraising, drawing from my background as a group in-house counsel, where I contributed to the creation of the first 'unicorn' company in the Czech market in the context of several fundraising rounds and an international corporate restructuring.
