About Me

I am an experienced IP litigator and strategic advisor with almost 20 years of expertise, specializing in patents and copyright and advising clients in innovative industries such as life sciences, medtech, and creative content.

Clients turn to me for strategic and pragmatic legal advice in intellectual property and marketing law, particularly when facing high-stakes disputes or seeking to maximize the value of their innovations. With nearly 20 years of experience, I help companies navigate the complexities of patent and copyright law—whether enforcing their rights, defending against infringement claims, or developing strategies to protect and commercialize their intangible assets.

My expertise in litigation, arbitration, and mediation ensures that clients have a strong advocate in resolving disputes efficiently and effectively, both in court and through alternative dispute resolution. A key strength throughout my career has been my ability to bridge legal and technical expertise, allowing me to work seamlessly with engineers, scientists, and other technical experts in complex disputes. With deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical, medtech, and creative industries, I understand the regulatory and commercial challenges these businesses face and provide tailored advice aligned with their strategic objectives.

Beyond dispute resolution, I assist clients in structuring and negotiating licensing agreements, assessing IP portfolios, and developing long-term strategies for managing and monetizing intellectual property. My tenure as General Counsel at STIM also gave me valuable insight into copyright management, stakeholder relations, and legislative advocacy, including direct engagement with the European Commission on the Digital Single Market (DSM) Directive.

I am actively involved in advancing intellectual property law through academic publications and leadership roles. I currently serve as Vice President of AIPPI Sweden, sit on the board of FICPI, and remain an active member of SFIR and EPLAW. In parallel with my legal practice, I frequently lecture and lead seminars, including for the advanced master's program in intellectual property at Stockholm University, as well as at industry events hosted by the European Patent Institute (EPI) and C5 Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation in Amsterdam.

Whether an organization is seeking proactive IP protection, risk mitigation, or assistance in complex litigation, I am an engaged partner providing a combination of legal expertise, industry insight, and a results-driven approach to help clients safeguard their innovations and achieve their business goals.
