Our panel discussion, which will be moderated by Bird & Bird Senior Associate, Charlie White, will discuss what is currently driving the repurposing of assets and which assets can be repurposed to maximise value. They will also look at the challenges faced from a construction/development point of view and how sustainability impacts repurposing.
