Our French team has created the "Bird & Bird & Diversity and CSR" endowment fund dedicated to diversity and CSR commitments.
This fund aims to develop our various actions in place in France and internationally for diversity and to support a greater number of initiatives by our teams. Some of the initiatives we’ve supported for several years include TalentsdesCités, Revel@Her, ViensVoirMonTaf, Droit d’accès, Club XXIe siècle, l’Autre Cercle and Urgence Identité Afrique.
The fund has a board of directors composed of Benjamine Fiedler, Djazia Tiourtite, Alexandre Vuchot and Boris Martor. It also includes an advisory committee made up of the 20+ members of the firm involved in its diversity committee, which meets on a monthly basis.
