The Competition and Markets Authority ("CMA") issued new guidance last week on how celebrities and social media influencers need to be more transparent with their followers. Alongside this guidance came the announcement that sixteen celebrities, as a result of CMA action, have formally pledged to change the way in which they label their posts. Georgie Twigg takes a look at this further.
