The Singapore High Court has granted the first dynamic site blocking injunction, requiring the defendant ISPs to block new domains, URLs and IP addresses that provide access to the same websites. The decision in Disney Enterprises. Inc v M1 Limited and others will require the applicants to notify the defendants by serving an affidavit in court identifying the additional FQDNS. The blocking injunction only targets websites and does not prevent the access to infringing content via other means. In the future, the Singapore courts may go further with a live blocking order directed at all streaming severs.
