Our International Business-to-Consumer Group is delighted to invite you to the first in our 2023 series of webinars. If you joined our Annual Update in October last year, you’ll remember that we are running this programme to take a deeper dive into the six core pillars of our B2C Group.

- The recently leaked second Draft EU Directive on Green Claims, which may introduce recognised scientific evidence as the mandatory basis for any Green Claim or, alternatively, the Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) and Organisation Environmental Footprint (OEF) methods as the basis for Green Claims

- National legislation, guidelines and enforcement in Europe and in the UK
