DSA - Countdown to compliance: what have we learnt so far?
It’s the final countdown! The Digital Services Act (DSA), the EU’s new online safety & content moderation regulation, will apply to most in-scope organisations from 17 February 2024.

As the compliance clock is ticking, on 19th October join expert lawyers from Bird & Bird’s European data regulatory practice in a webinar to discuss points to prioritise and practical steps, taking our learnings from existing political debate, guidance, and CJEU case-law under previous platform liability rules.
We will also discuss what we can learn from VLOPS’/VLOSEs’ compliance efforts so far (since these organisations have had to comply since 25 August 2023).
For global organisations who have a UK presence and will be in-scope of the UK’s upcoming Online Safety Bill (OSB), we will also be joined by James Moss, Partner in our UK Privacy & Data Protection practice, who will highlight the key differences between the two regimes.
