Join us for a webinar dedicated to managing cross-border compliance with the new EU cybersecurity framework.
Our focus during this webinar will be the NIS2 Directive and the extensive obligations it carries for the entities in scope. The NIS2 Directive significantly expanded the scope of EU cybersecurity requirements to a variety of new economic operators, including in the health, digital infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.
We will highlight the key obligations under this new framework - including the current registration obligations (e.g. before 18 March 2025 in Belgium), and discuss these new cybersecurity requirements from a global outlook, in order to assess pan-European strategies of compliance and possible national deviations. We will also consider the NIS2 Directive from both the Belgian and Hungarian perspectives, exploring some of the earliest transpositions amongst the Member States. To close, we will speak briefly about cybersecurity developments in the UK.
