Valuation Trends in the European Hotel Market

On Wednesday 19 March 2025 we will be presenting our 23rd webinar with our friends at HVS, AlixPartners and EP Business in Hospitality.

Against a backdrop of increasing political uncertainty and continued macro-economic challenges, with persistent inflation and financing costs that are staying higher for longer than many expected, the task of assessing the value of a hotel remains complex. A more helpful development in this area has been the return of hotel transactions in 2024 that help to provide more market-based data points to feed into any valuation assessment. 

Our topic for this webinar will focus on Valuation Trends in the European Hotel Market. We will start with a presentation from Sophie Perret (Managing Director, HVS) on the latest trends in European hotel valuations with data and insight drawn from HVS’s latest annual European Hotel Valuation Index report.
