The Ethical Workplace & The Law In Practice – The views from the Frontline

The views from the frontline - Business leaders share their thoughts on the extraordinary year that was 2020, and what this means for the workplace and their businesses.

In this webinar, our panellists will give their insights on what they have learned over the last year, as well as their own personal tips and challenges. We will also discuss the issues of mental health and wellbeing, as well as how to maintain employee engagement. Finally, we will look to the future, exploring the key changes that organisations should expect over the next 5 years.

Our panellists include leaders from the business world and those working to promote mental wellbeing at work:

  • Inderpreet Sawhney, Group General Counsel and the Chief Compliance Officer at Infosys

  • Carolyn Jameson, Chief Legal and Policy Officer at Trustpilot

  • David Kerr, CEO, Bird & Bird

  • David Beeney, Founder of Breaking the Silence Ltd, a leading consultancy on mental health in the workplace and mental health counsellor.

The discussion will be chaired by Rob Briggs, Senior Associate in the International HR Services team in London.

We will be making a donation to the mental health charity Mind, in recognition of the work they do in promoting mental health in the workplace and more widely.

We hope you can join us!
