The pace of change in employment law has been as fast as ever this year. Over two years on since the COVID-19 pandemic started to disrupt, employers are now facing a new set of considerations in the post pandemic workplace.
Developments in case law on restrictive covenants, worker status and a continued focus on data-related issues in employment are also adding to the workload of HR and legal teams.
Join our London Employment Team for an overview of some of the key developments and trends in the employment law world, as well as their thoughts on some of the upcoming changes for the year ahead.
