On 1 January 2015 the new Dutch Arbitration Act came into force in the Netherlands.
The new Dutch Arbitration Act significantly improves the position of the Netherlands as a strong competitive arbitration jurisdiction by modernizing statutory provisions and making procedures more attractive to international parties.
To make the new Dutch Arbitration Act more accessible for our Russian speaking clients, we have translated it into Russian.
This translation allows you to assess the Netherlands as a possible arbitration venue and provides assistance with pending arbitral matters.
This translation is also published in Вестник Международного Коммерческого Арбитража, which is the leading Russian legal journal about commercial arbitration (http://arbitrationreview.ru/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/Vestnik_MKA_2_2015_1_2016.pdf ).
