  • Update on Brexit with new guidance and a draft Statutory Instrument being released;

  • New restrictions on pensions cold calling coming into effect;

  • Adoption of the Electronic European Communications Code requiring the e-Privacy rules relating to the confidentiality of communications and restrictions on the use of traffic and location data to be broadened out to apply (by way of national legislation) to over the top providers as well as traditional telecommunications providers by 21 December 2020; and

  • The CNIL's GDPR fine against Google for €50million
