In this month's report, we report on the High Court's final decision in Sky Plc & Ors v SkyKick UK Ltd & Anr (Arnold LJ; [2020] EWHC 990 (Ch). We also report on AR v Cooper International Spirits LLC, St Dalfour SAS, Établissement Gabriel Boudier SA (CJ; C-622/18) where the CJEU looked at the infringement of an EUTM where it had been revoked for non-use by a national court.
