Reports of Trade Mark Cases for CIPA November 2021

This month, we report on the High Court’s judgment in Lifestyle Equities CV & Anr v Amazon UK Services Ltd & Ots * (Green J; [2021] EWHC 118 (Ch); 27 January 2021) on whether listings on amazon.com are considered to target UK consumers. We also report the High Court’s decision in Fox Group International Ltd ("Fox") v Teleta Pharma Ltd ("Teleta") (HHJ Melissa Clarke; [2021] EWHC 1714 (IPEC); 23 June 2021) regarding bad faith and unjustified threats.
