As a partner in our International Corporate Group based in London, I head up the International Capital Markets Practice across the firm.
The International ECM Team at Bird & Bird hit the ground running in the first Quarter of 2021, acting on the first Aim IPO of the year! This was soon followed by IPOs in Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney. Our Nordic colleagues have also been very active on fundraisings on the Nasdaq Nord.
