The COVID-19 pandemic has devastated lives and livelihoods throughout the world. The legal sector has been very fortunate: thanks to the widespread use of technology, working from home has allowed lawyers to continue to operate effectively when advising their clients.

For London and the law, it has therefore been business almost as usual, albeit in the most unusual of circumstances.
