Artificial Intelligence: Competition and antitrust’s next frontier?

The advent of applications like Open AI’s ChatGPT and Dall-E has generated lots of discussion and debate about the broad impacts that artificial intelligence (AI) will have on societies and economies. An important aspect of that is whether the current regulatory ‘toolkit’ is sufficient to regulate generative AI.

It could reduce barriers to entry for small companies, helping them to automate complex process and allowing them to scale faster.
