Bird & Bird advises Danish fintech in getting authorisation as account information service provider (AISP) under PSD2

The Danish fintech, Kontolink, has obtained a license from the Danish FSA for providing account information services. Kontolink offers a solution that automatically collects and matches bank transactions with invoices etc. making it easier for small companies and their bookkeepers to keep track on bookkeeping.

"Bird & Bird has advised us in connection with our application for an account information service license. We have been very pleased with Bird & Bird's assistance, and they have contributed to securing the license within short time." says Jens Sørensen, founder and CTO, Kontolink.

Kontolink was advised by senior associate, Annette Printz Nielsen, and junior associate, Gabriel Alexander Ingerdahl Kobus.
