Bird & Bird LLP advised Eve Systems GmbH on the entry of Taiwanese Dexatek Technology Ltd as strategic investor. Following the investment, Dexatek now holds a minority stake of 19% in Eve Systems GmbH.
Based in Munich, Eve Systems is a leading German provider of smart home products for consumers. Dexatek is a subsidiary of Ennoconn, which itself is listed on the stock exchange and belongs to the Foxconn Group. It is a leading global player in designing, manufacturing and marketing IoT products, multimedia, mobile TV receivers, capturing devices and consumer electronic products.
